Can’t sign in to my app and therefore do not have access to camera feed. Every time I try signing in I get sent a code.  I enter the code and I get kicked back to the login page.  There is a message at the top of the page that says “Invalid Factor Data.”  Any suggestions on how to login?  Thanks.

Which app are you using (iOS or Android)? Have you updated the app to the latest version available from the app store?
