Bonjour j’ai déjà une caméra je viens d’en prendre une nouvelle mais je n’arrive pas à activer le crv

Do you mean the continuous video recording feature?

 

That does require its own subscription - it is not included in Arlo Secure.  Also the camera needs to be connected to an AC charger, and it needs to be connected to an Arlo smarthub.
