Is there a PHONE # to call for support on billing? It's impossible to reach a live person - EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING

Finding a phone number to call should be easier than hunting around your phone app, then hunting around the website only to get so frustrated that you want to **bleep** so you join the community forum and then stumble across the answer you needed.  What a wonderful maze has been built.

How about one of the canned questions under support be, "How to phone Arlo".
