granted rights but the person cannot see the cameras

hi, 

I've granted a friend the rights (admin) for 3 cameras, she receives the notifications but can't see the cameras in her application.

on my side, the rights are granted, all good.

how can she add the cameras to her profile? they should be there as she receives movement notifications..

Both people need to see the same interface. There's the old one which uses Library to view recordings and then there's the new one that uses Feed. I suspect you may have the old one and she has the new. New users automatically get the new interface so you would need to migrate your account. The apps support both so it's not an app issue.

If both of you see Feed, she needs to click on Home and choose the bottom choice. Each user gets a default Home location so she needs to choose yours. I suggest renaming Home so it's obvious which one to choose.
