every time I go to get this subscription. It says I’ve already set up an account

I don’t even know if it’s appropriate even if this point is the last resort how do I get a hold of these people? Literally my account is set up to one whatever management account is security like subscription or whatever so every time I go to get this subscription. It says I’ve already set up an account. My account can’t be billed because it’s not actually active, but then I can’t change the account and it won’t let me do anything and I can’t get anyone on the freaking Phone.

Are you purchasing the subscription using a PC - browsing to my.arlo.com and then logging into your account?
