Posted on BBBas well.   No Stars: Bought of Amazon and returned for a refund. Advertised as : Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight Camera - 3 Pack - Wireless Security, 2K Video & HDR, Color Night Vision, 2 Way Audio, Wire-Free, Direct to WiFi No Hub Needed, White - VMC4350P (Renewed) Notice the deception word "RENEWED" Which is supposed to mean: "refurbished" When I called for support because it was not working, I was told by a computer that I was not allowed to receive any technical support from Arlo. I said BS and sent it back to Amazon for a refund. There are hundred of complaints on this company and mine is just another one, but I will never buy even a fake camera from Arlo.

I only see this "Renewed" language for items sold by the Amazon Renewed Store - in other words, not certified or sold by Arlo.  For instance, here: https://www.amazon.com/Arlo-Pro-Spotlight-Camera-Wire-Free/dp/B09HXZQ7BM

Note this says it has has a 90 warranty from Amazon, but says nothing about Arlo's warranty.

Amazon sells many other product returns as "renewed", including competing security cameras (Eufy and Blink for sure).  I think you'd run into the same manufacturer warranty issues with them.

These are similar to "open box" sales you often find at physical stores.  Sometimes they work out, sometimes not.

In any event, if you did purchase from the Amazon Renewed Store, then your complaint is really with Amazon, not Arlo.
