can’t connect base station to homekit

Pro Base Station Single-LED VMB4500  not connecting to homekit.. gets stuck on this screen:

 

“Discovering your device. Please wait.

Make sure your Arlo Camera is powered on and nearby.

Check that you have the latest firmware version in Settings

> My Devices > Device Info > Firmware.”

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:
