I get notifications from the app that the camera has been activated. I try to go to the app/online/push notification and they all say that my arlo devices appear offline. If I go to the history, the last saved video was from a week ago yet I get several notifications daily saying there was motion detected. All cameras are working and somehow notifying me but I can't see the videos.

Do you have a subscription? The camera needs that for could recordings as do any cameras newer than the Pro 2.

Yes, I have a subscription. I had the trial one that is good for a few months. It did work for a couple of weeks after I purchased the Arlo Pro 4...but then is stopped working.

Have you checked Settings, Subscription, Manage Cameras to verify that the camera is enabled?
