Yearly plan instead of monthly?

How can I sign up for a yearly plan? I currently have a monthly plan and would prefer to pay once instead of 12 payments. I looked everywhere on the Arlo site and cannot find how to get a yearly plan. But received an email saying that there is one. Where is it?

The annual subscription rates will not be available until February 3rd. On February 3rd you can swap to an annual planned as detail here: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/arlosecure.html
