Why is there no add on external Arlo siren

I have recently bought the arlo pro 4 and put them outdoor, but the camera sirens are quite underwhelming and I couldn't really hear them when I was in the house. I used to have Arlo Pro 2 base with siren but the VMB4540 doesn't have siren anymore. I know I could get the VMB4000/4500/5000 but I also want to explore options to have add-on 3rd party sirens so I can put them internally and externally as well. Would love to get some help from this community, TIA.

 

Also, just curious whether i can use the homekit to intergrade arlo camera and an external siren (which works with homekit)
