Everything worked perfectly when i was in my old house. I recently moved and
we have a new WiFi set up in the new house. I’ve deleted everything from the device section in the app and when I try to set it up again as a new device I get an error that the device can not be found. I followed the directions to set it up step by step as the app says and I’ve even reset the hub and nothing works. I keep getting the flashing amber light. Can anyone help me??

FWIW, the new wifi doesn't matter to the base, since it is connected with ethernet (and not wifi).
Have you checked that the ethernet cable is properly locked into place in the new router? Also, have you tried a different router LAN port?
If you have another ethernet cable, that is also worth a try, it might have gotten damaged somehow in the transition.
