Unable to view recent feed - feed is from last month

I have 5 Arlo Pro 4 XL spotlight cameras with a secure multi-camera subscription and just noticed that the feed is from January 18-31 and I can not access today or anything in the February feed and today is February 16.  Typically we can see events as they just happened.  Why is it doing this and how do I view events from today and the rest of February?  I can not find any date settings.

It sounds like your subscription is a legacy one. It may be useful to cancel that sub and then add an appropriate current sub.

 

In Feed, you should see a small "calendar" icon at the top right. If you click that and choose different dates, can you see recordings? I'd also try a computer browser pointed to my.arlo.com to see if things work there. If you, rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app may help.
