I just noticed that I can no longer activate the siren in my Arlo cameras. I’ve tried everything. The shield shows in the upper right corner next to expand/reduce arrows. When I attempt to touch the shield to activate the alarm it reduces the size of the viewing and doesn’t activate. I’ve tried to do a chat with the Arlo Bot (USELESS). No actual person to talk to.
How can I active the alarm from the app? Please help!!!

Hi @AFRetired Is this occurring with iOS or Android? Have you tried removing and reinstalling the Arlo app?
