Unable to access/cancel my subscription (Subscription option is greyed out)

I followed the instructions to cancel my subscription (Settings --> Subscription --> Cancel Subscription) but when I go to Settings, the Subscription option is greyed out and I can't click it and can't cancel. I also called the only phone number I can find (a 408 number found through my CC company) but it's just generic info and I can't get anyone live on the phone.

Please help. Thanks.

You see that Subscription is greyed out since that's just a separator for the menu. Click on the items below that to actually manage the subscription.
