New to this board (guess that's obvious)

Really perplexed by the two-way verification slowing down access to my cameras in both homes.

What's the story?

I see where Arlo remedied it by allowing an on/off switch, then they turned around and made it mandatory.

I need the ON/OFF switch resumed, how can I go about getting that done.

Very time consuming to get a message every 14 days and have to type a 6 digit verification code into my computer after it is sent to my phone.  Other family members use our vacation home and are calling me because the password I gave them to watch my cameras while they are there isn't working.

EDIT:  This is a vacation home, NOT Fort Knox.  We are not guarding the gold supply, or nuclear switches.  Please allow a purchaser to turn it on or off as a choice.

C'mon, this has to be a simple change!!!!

larkspur,

Two-step verification is mandatory and cannot be toggled off. To read more about two-step verification, take a look here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062288/What-is-two-step-verification-and-how-do-I-set-it-up
