We got a new fiber optic connection and I had to get a new router and set up a new wifi network. I can no longer connect the camera to this new network. So when I try to read the qr code with the camera, nothing happens and I can't move forward. I have followed all the instructions, i.e. clean the camera lens and the phone screen etc...

First, it's always easier to set the new router's WiFi to use the old SSID and password than it is to get all devices connected to the new one. Probably too late now but if you haven't gotten too far along in that process, try that.
Did you remove the camera from your account before trying to connect to the new WiFi? Without removing it, you can't add it back since it's already in your account. If you didn't remove it, go to the camera's settings and click on the Connected To section that shows your old WiFi SSID. At the bottom there should be a Change Network selection.
Failing all that, try this FAQ:
