I have been unable to get customer service. This past month my auto payment supposedly did not process. Now I can’t get a live human to talk to me about plan. I have attempted to change payment method to no avail. What do you do when all you have is live feed? Security is not available anymore? 🤷♂️

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good number to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

I was emailed to accept solution. As of this day no call back or anything. I just want to have service and system won’t allow me to even start over.
