I have joined a subscription plan. What happens if we go away on holiday and the security camera stops recording?
Does Arlo support use remote dialing to fix the issue or the system remains inactive while Arlo continues to debit our monthly charges?

That would depend on the cause. If the battery drains, then of course you'll just have to wait until you get back.
There are some things that Arlo can fix remotely. But many troubleshooting measures (resetting the camera for example) would require someone on site.
