Subscription Fault

I was paying monthly for my pro 4 multi-camera plan for numerous months and recently decided to pay annually. Arlo has emailed me 3 times to pay the monthly bill, however whenever i try "change or manage" subscription, i pay $2.50 etc after the credit has been added. So it seems like I've already paid for it annually. Im now at my final notice which probably means my Arlo will be canceled, but it expires next year in August.

 

Someone please get in contact with me. I can't seem to find any contact details.

I've checked the email associated with your community account and it doesn't appear to have an active subscription associated with it. Are you getting any error messages when you try to submit the payment for the subscription?

Yes i gathered that the subscription has been canceled, because each time i tried paying annually rather than monthly, it would charge me $2.00 or $3.00 after the credit of -$130. It seems as though the transaction for the annual payment has gone through, and yet the subscription has not been updated to match. So i now have an inactive subscription that essentially I've paid $130 or so for. 
 
It states an expiry of August 2024.
Thats a whole year.
If the annual transaction has not gone through, then why does Arlo come up with a credit of -$130 and an expiry in one years time? 
 
There are no error messages when submitting payment. It just comes up with an included credit and charges me $2 or $3 each time.
 
Im not sure how else to explain this. 
 
I would show you and screenshot the image but i dont want to be charged another few dollars for a payment i get nothing from.
 
I would much rather pay annually. Is that not an option for someone who has originally be paying monthly?

I've tried it again today, its taken $131.88 out of my account but does not give me the subscription. I still have no access to my cameras while away from home on the arlo app. I have screenshot my issues. Can i send them to you via your email?
