Streaming without internet connection

Hi,

I'm looking for a video system for viewing different areas of a boat (55ft). Both outside and inside, like the engine room. I will have an iPad in the wheelhouse to view all the cameras.

Is it possible to stream any of Arlo's cameras directly to a browser or third party app, without an internet connection ? I have local wifi, but at sea, no internet connection.

Arlo needs an Internet connection to operate since all data flows to<>from the cameras and app through the servers.
