Still being charged for subscription after canceling

I'm being charged for another month of service even after I cancelled my subscription in early December.  This seems to be an ongoing theme with this company. If you do a search in this forum, the same thing has happened again and again.  It is illegal to make it difficult to unsubscribe from a subscription service. The chat box person was unhelpful and just wanted a reason why I was canceling (I wasn't canceling, I canceled a month ago!) and tried to offer me discounts instead.  I don't need a reason to cancel my subscription!  I want a refund of my $17.39 immediately or I'm going to file a complaint with the State Attorney General's Office.
