I have been using Arlo system since 2019 . Last year I had to purchase new cameras because my 2019 cameras were no longer supported. The latest software is not picking up any motion. I have worked with Arlo tech to try and solve the issue with no improvement. The cameras are useless for security.

First, the EOL cameras still work with the free 7 day plan. It's true that there's no support (firmware updates, replacements, access to official support) but they still work.
As for your new cameras, which seem to be Pro 4s, we need to know more about what you've tried and what you see. Do they have a subscription, trial or paid? Are you using the old interface that uses Library for viewing recordings or the new one that uses Feed? All details are needed.
