Need some help. Not running subscription. Have two cameras and a base unit. Got myself a pro 4 to be used at a different address and Wi-Fi. It connects ok direct router at the base unit address. But won’t be discovered at the other address. Does the app not support multiple Wi-Fi networks on the single account? What a mission. Just want to have two houses monitored on the one account. I know the camera works as it’s fine on the first house and just won’t pick up the other Wi-Fi when going through the setup process

I'm likely confused but the first camera at a different location should be present in your account regardless of where you go. You don't add it again ("won't be discovered at the other address") - it's already configured. The app supports multiple WiFi networks but that's per camera - each camera would connect to whatever WiFi is available at that site. You also mention a base - are you trying to use that, too?

@Scowen: When you use a base/smarthub, the camera connects through a closed WiFi network created by the base. That only works if the camera is at the same location as the base/smarthub.
If you connect this camera directly to the home wifi network, then you will be able to livestream the camera and get notifications - but you will need a subscription for the camera to get cloud recordings.
