Why might I be receiving this error message when trying to save a video to my camera roll on my iPhone?

 

The operation couldn’t be completed. (PHPhotosErrorDomain error 3300.)

No iOS here but make sure the phone settings for the app allow access to files on the phone.

Also make sure there is enough space for the video in your icloud account.
