Recordings not working manual or motion

I recently activated my subscription after my trial ended. Recordings were working before but now the feed is always empty in my app.

 

Even when I record manually it doesn't seem to work. A notification badge shows up on the feed button at the bottom but when I click it it disappears and no recordings are there. When I click on the manual recording thumbnail that shows below the live view it takes me to a video player that counts the seconds playing but there is no video where it should be.

 

Any ideas?

 

I also see a message on the camera settings screen. "Activity zones are currently disabled. AC power has been disconnected from this device. Please reconnect the power source to the device." If that helps. I do have an activity zones, but that used to work fine when I was in the trial subscription. Do I need to delete it? I can't see how you do that.

Check the camera has the subscription applied, check the camera under app settings/support/your camera.

 

you can manage camera subscription using the arlo website login at my.arlo.com and select settings/subscription.

Removed the device from my account and readded it. That worked. Thanks!
