Any one have any issues w/ reconnecting to CAMs to "new" router?  One would think that because the SSID and password are the same as the old router that the CAMs would have no problem finding the network.

However, since the new router I got is a tri-band, are the CAMs I have confused or do I need to install a base station to bypass the connection via the router?

Thanks!

I tried turning off the 5G and 6G portions of the router to no avail.

Threw a "hail-mary" and simply purchased the 100 dollar base station via the store here online.  Once received, literally connected to profile and discovered CAMs w/in minutes.  SOOOOO much quicker than  the original way of QR codes, mobile phones or tablets to discover the CAMs.

Plus, I've noticed the range between each CAM has improved!

It should work.  If you are having trouble, make sure that the router is set up to allow WPA2 connections.  I think Arlo should support WPA3, but the firmware changes needed might not be fully rolled out yet.

The cameras only have a 2.4 ghz radio, so they won't see the other two bands at all.
