I have four Pro 4 cameras connected to a hub, all firmware updated, within wifi range, batteries charged.
I keep getting one or two cameras going offline, then they will come back and a different camera will go offline. I have tried all the BS that customer service tells you to try and it still happens.
This is getting very frustrating seeing how I spent hundreds on this and it only works half the time.
Please tell me a solution has been found.

Have you tried triggering a recording to see if the cameras are actually offline? Do both the app and web client show the same thing? If a camera is brought closer to your hub or router, does it remain online?

I'm having the same issues with my pro3 cameras. I have 5 cameras around the house. Full batteries, great signal, up to date firmware.

Every time I open the app to view cameras I will have one or more cameras offline and it will be random each time.

My only fix is to pop batteries in and out and they come online. Totally unacceptable for the cost and not practical if I'm not home.

Support is non existent. Will be trashing these and going with competitor if nothing is resolved.

The symptoms described here often indicate poor connectivity or WiFi interference. Try temporarily relocating each camera near the base/router and test again to isolate the issue further. If the issue no longer occurs at the new location, this means something is causing interference at the original location.

Okay, I took all the cameras down and placed them in the same room as the base station, still had cameras go offline within a couple hours.
Then I did a full factory reset, and within 24 hrs I noticed one offline. Still in the same room as the hub.

I really need a partial refund on this...

with-a-g,

Is the base station close to your router? Try moving it as far as possible from the router and anything other nearby WiFi devices and test again to see if you still experience the same behavior.

They are and have been about 4 feet apart using the included ethernet cable from arlo.
