RMA Number

I just purchased a Pro 4 camera in August and it is already dead.  Won't charge.  I would like to get an RMA number to return it but the service model for this company is horrible.  How do I get an RMA number or just talk to someone?

While the below is for a different camera series you might want to try it:

Also, it's always a good idea to proactively charge so you don't run into the problem.

 

Since you have a Pro 4, use Settings, Support and choose your camera to access support.
