I granted access to my spouse and sent the invitation email. My spouse accepted and logged into the app. However when she logged in, no cameras / devices or playback is showing.
From the very beginning, Arlo cameras have been very difficult. Connecting and syncing cameras took way longer than a few minutes (approximately 15minutes each!) The booklet manual is not of any help. Does not show specifications on battery, charging time, weather or not it needs to be charged, nor does it show how to install the battery into the camera. Finding how full/empty each battery out of the box is impossible. There is no light gauge or indication of battery life. I did not want to spend over an hour in the heat installing all the cameras just to find out there’s 10% battery life. The only way to see the battery life is to connect to the app and syncing the camera; which is very difficult because the booklet manual does not show how to do so. I had to do research else where for help. Going to support from Arlo was disgusting , no help whatsoever. Not to mention the glitches in the app.

The process seems to fail pretty often when the invite is accepted on a phone or tablet. Assuming that is how she did it: have her try again using a PC/Mac (clicking on "create account" in the invite). That will open the browser to my.arlo.com. From there she can just log in (since the account already exists).

Actually if you connect the charger, the blue led on the camera will light solid when the battery is fully charged.
FWIW, I agree there is far too much friction for installation and onboarding.
