Purchased Arlo Pro 4 camera system and the alert does not go off until someone is 5-7 feet away from camera. Sensitivity is set at 100. No security at this, just a camera. And zone is set for full screen. I have an iPhone and the alert is so faint. Can’t change the alert notification sound. Neighbor has RING and can do so much more.

Have you read the FAQ here on best positioning practices? Aim the camera at the area of interest, not the sky or street. Remember that the cameras use PIR sensors so people can only be detected out to 25 feet max, which is why positioning is important. Also, how are you setting the motion sensitivity? If using the motion detection test, it's a test, not saved. Read the FAQ on setting the sensitivity in your modes and rules.
The zone may be full screen but note that the upper 1/3 is outside of the detection zone. Again, positioning is key.
