Pro4 false alerts

Hello fello users,

I am struggling to reduce battery draining and false activation of pro 4 camera. Issues are 

- 100s of false alert over night due to blowing wind 

- false alert due to shadow of trees seen as animal

- multiple alert for vehicle when own car is left in driveway for 3-4 hrs

- multiple alerts causing battery draining and i need to charge once in 10 days. Please note cameras are just installed before a month.

Are you getting audio detection recordings as well as motion or just one (or the other)? Which one(s)? It can be due to the positioning of the cameras with too large or inappropriate a view of the surrounding area. Position them to eliminate parts of the scene that really have no bearing. Set them up to look only for people approaching specific areas that are within 20-25 feet of the camera (that's the distance the PIR sensors work for people). 

If you're getting recordings due to audio detection either reduce the audio detection sensitivity in your cameras' settings under Default Mode Settings or your modes and rules or just disable audio detection in the rules. You may also need to reduce the motion detection sensitivity in the same way.
