Hi,
I have had this camera running for 6 months. Mostly works fine, but today seems strange. The 2 red lights show on unit if armed or not, is this correct? Also cannot get notifications or recordings on library. Any help would be good, contacted Arlo which didn’t help

In addition to the subscription issue, the 2 red LEDs are for night vision without the spotlight so, no, they should not be on all the time. They should only illuminate at night when motion is detected.

This camera was working ok for last 6 months, only yesterday I have had issues. Not the iPhones, and I have deleted & reinstalled app. I can view camera on app, wifi is fine. Issue is that when it is armed, seems not picking up any motion so no alerts or recordings in library. Any help would be great, also camera is fully charged as I have set up high with solar panel. Happy New Year to you all👍

Again, the IR LEDs should only turn on when motion is detected at night. If they're on all the time the battery can run down prematurely. I think there's an issue with the camera so pursue your subscription issue and get in touch with support.
