Arlo won’t discover device . Phone and camera on 2.4ghz WiFi. Lights blinking, chime sounded. What else can I try?
device has been working great for a year and was disconnected accidentally when brought in to be charged. Now it won’t re-connect. thanks for any ideas

Hard reset thru PC didn’t work but tried again thru iPhone - success!!

Try using a PC browser (my.arlo.com).

Thanks so much for your input. Tried using my PC and even tried a direct connect camera to pc via USB but the camera is still not being discovered. Very frustrating!

That definitely won't work.
You might try a factory reset (holding down sync until the camera flashes amber - about 15 seconds).
