Install fully charged battery, blue light for 3 seconds then nothing. Push and hold reset for a full minute and nothing, no amber light. This camera has been in service outside for almost 2 years.

Do you have an extra battery you can try in case it is the battery?

Yes I have 3 batteries and the same for all.
