Pro 4 wont reset

My pro 4 has a blue light when I attach a charging cord, but as soon as I take it away, it turns off. I've left it on the charger for multiple days, with the blue light showing, then as soon as the cord is removed, the camera doesnt work. I've tried factory resetting the camera, but the amber light never comes on. I don't know what I'm supposed to do now.

Do you have another Arlo camera that uses the same battery?

Are you using the Arlo charger that came with the camera?
