one of my Pro 4 cameras stopped talking to my eero router. I've worked for two days with chat support and done everything a number of times that they recommended. The camera is still showing 'offline'. Of the many attempts to connect it to the router it's only recognized this camera twice and then hung up on updating firmware. The eero router shows this camera connected at 2.4MHz with no traffic between the router and camera. My other 3 Pro 4 cameras are working correctly. Has there been a firmware update recently?

Please make sure the network security is WPA2 (AES).  Punctuation in the network name and password can be an issue, if there is one please try to remove it.
