Hello. I have 2 Pro 4 cameras that used to connect to my network and now no longer do so
I have remvoved them from the network and tried to coonect them All processes (2.4M/Battery/ reset/QR code ETC) have been followed yet neither will reconnect. They are not connected to the Bse station due to range issues. The only thing that has changed is that the subscription has expired for on line video monitoring. But I understand this is no reason for these failures. I have repeatedly tried. Any suggestions?

What is the error messaging you receive? Do you have a screenshot of this by chance?
Thanks

It appears that m,y cameras will only connect if added via a PC not my phone. The criteria existing after a successful addition of both cameras is
- Dual-smart 2.4/5G connection on the router
- VPN off but only during the connection process.
- Use the PC and not the phone (samsung A52)
