I have two Arlo Pro-4 Cameras (not the extended battery version) which are about 14 months old. They have functioned perfectly since purchase, they have each been recharged a few times.
Today when I attached the charging cable to one camera it immediately disconnected from the network and I have been unable to reconnect the camera.
I have even tried a factory reset and initiating as a new camera. Nothing works.
The second Arlo Pro 4 camera has shown EXACTLY THE SAME failure immediately when attaching the charging cable. What is going on here? It seems I have two useless cameras now.
