Pro 4 camera worked for a week than stopped and won't restart. How do I contact customer support?

Got an Pro 4 three-pack last week, installation went great and all three camera have been working until this morning when I got a message that one camera was offline. I've worked with it all day but can't get it to work again; have deleted the device and when I try to reinstall, it doesn't respond. The instructions say to re-synch it until an amber light appears, but it won't do that, just a blue blinking light. My biggest headache is that the chat feature is useless, ib just sends me in circles and finally says it will contact a service person, but then nothing. I've been waiting most of the day. Any thoughts/suggestions?

How long are you holding the sync button?  It can take ~15 seconds (and if it isn't solidly pressed the entire time, it won't do the factory reset).
