I have need for extra tool to remove battery. Arlo will not respond to my requests. Solution? Cameras are useless when I can't recharge the battery.

There really is no tool to pop out the camera....
You press the release and the camera should pop out enough to get the end of same an pull out.
If the camera isn't popping out at all, press release and while holding, shake the camera downwards ( over soft surface ) to get it to come out. Once out, I recommend using some silicon grease ( very little ) on the o-ring that seals the camera so it comes out better.
As to charging, you can always recharge the battery while in the camera with the magnetic cable that came with the unit.

Is the issue that you can't get the camera out of the housing? Or are you having trouble removing the battery after the camera is out out of the housing?
