Pro 4 and Base Station/Hub

Hi. Looking at 4 Pro 4 Cameras and a Hub/Base Station. Question: can the cameras take advantage of the Hub/Base station capability for local storage if not connected directly to the Hub? Some cameras will be connected to the same WiFi network via a satellite router and are too far from the router hub/primary router. Thank you.
