***I have comments in another thread but I wanted to start my own because I've discovered an issue.***
I have an Arlo Pro 4 Camera system (5 cams plus the wire-free Front doorbell cam) with the $9.95/month cloud recording purchased in July of this year (2022). They are all hardwired for power and have excellent WIFI signal strength.
I have AT&T Fiber Internet (1Gig) with a Nokia BGW320 Fiber modem.
What I have determined is that when/if my internet goes down even for a few seconds and then comes back up, the cameras have stopped recording to the Cloud system and have to all be manually restarted. I get no notifications either during this time, and no recordings on any of the Pro 4 cameras. After the internet comes back up, live-stream works fine, but still no recordings until I do a Restart on every camera from the Arlo App.
The doorbell cam is the only camera that doesn't have this issue. It reconnects to the Cloud Recording by itself.
Question for Arlo Support: Is this a bug, flaw, or by design?
