I am trying to install a camera. There is a blue blink, the camera scans QR and chimes. The device is found. Then, I get to option to name camera and pick time zone. When I continue it immediately says no camera is found.  Help.  I am on proper wifi and near router. All other cameras work fine.

Try using the web client - my.arlo.com - to see if that works.
