Pro 4 Camera Audio Detection Not Working

Hello.  I am trying for the first time to use audio detection notifications.  I think I have all of the settings correct, but so far I am getting no audio detection notifications (shout, loud clap, dog barking).  Wondering what I might be missing.  Motion detection is working fine.  Here are some details:

Pro 4 (H4) camera
"This device is currently in the Arm Away mode and is detecting motion."
Audio Settings > Microphone ON
Default Mode Settings > Audio Detection High  (I also tried Low)

Ultra SmartHub VMB5000r6

Is audio detection enabled in the rule for the camera (in both Arm Away and Arm Home)?
