Pre-sales phone support

I will be buying 4 security cameras from some company, possibly Arlo. Does Arlo offer pre-sales phone support?

No - you need a subscription to access any form of support which generally means you need to have installed a camera.

Be sure to browse the arlo.com website and use the comparison capabilities to check things out and feel free to ask questions here. There are a few Arlo mods here that can get answers for more complicated/business-related questions.
