Paid for two day expedited shipping.  Never received an email confirmation.  Luckily I wrote the order number down after I ordered.  Status of order is still in pending.  Called customer service.  No help.  Told me to wait a few days.  I paid for and expected this to be shipped sooner.

 

Concerned because of other similar experiences I've read on this forum.
