Paid for 2-day shipping and it is still pending 3 days later
I have been on hold as "the sixth person in the queue" for 30 minutes. I doubt anyone is answering the phones. The "online chat" offered to transfer me to a representative, then said none were available. I paid for 2-day shipping for an expensive purchase that I wanted to arrive for my son's birthday. It is still "pending" 3 days later. Wish I had read all of these posts before I purchased.
I was told on 12/31 that it was escalated. It still (four more days later) shows "Pending". I tried to open a "chat" but no one is available. This is absolutely appalling customer service. Is there an email I can send my request to cancel my order? Otherwise, I will go through my credit card company. As far as I'm concerned, Arlo has had nearly $700 of my money for a week, and done nothing. Reading other comments, I am clearly not alone.
