Only some recordings appear in Library?

Camera is only a week old and was working perfectly until last night. We have a lot of animal activity on our deck and started to notice that Arlo seemed to be recording all of it (can tell at night when the light comes on) but only a few of the videos were making their way to our library. I'll see the camera light up, and an animal on the deck, but then no corresponding video ever appears in our library. To be clear...some do, but as of last night, I started clocking a good number of times when the camera light turned on, but no video ever showed up from that particular filming.
Put another way... the cam is working and catching a lot of events, but only some of the videos actually seem ti be making it to our library.
Any thoughts?

Zones will do that if you have them set up. Activity determined to be out of the zone is discarded. Remove the zone (swipe left in the app) to see if that helps.
