We have an Arlo security set up that we purchased as a package from Costco in 2021 (I think?). We currently only have 1 cameras working and the battery is draining pretty quickly. The other 2 don't work at all (1 is definitely due to the battery no longer charging and the other is unknown). Are any of you still using this system or have you updated to newer ones? Is it worth it to spend the money to try to repair or replace what we've got or better to start over with new products? How long have yours lasted?

There's some confusion in your post. The VMB4540 is the hub, not a camera (a camera will be VMCxxxx as opposed to the hub's VMBxxxx). It may appear that you have Pro 4 cameras so let's start there.
Rapid draining of the battery is usually due to too much recording and live viewing and/or a signal strength/quality issue. How much total recording and live viewing per day are you getting? Use the library to add things up. You may want to check for other wireless devices nearby that also use the 2.4GHz band since they may be interfering with the signal. Bringing the camera closer to you hub to see if that makes a difference is useful, too.
A good idea is to never let the batteries run all the way down - if the battery icon turns red, recharge them proactively. Now that some batteries seem dead, try this procedure although it's specifically aimed at different cameras:

I would expect such expensive security cameras to work for longer than two years.... FYI, security cameras are not a part of Costco's 90 day return restriction. If you can't get them working again, you can return them to Costco.
