One Pro 4 camera will not connect

I have 6 total Arlo cameras (Pro 3 & 4) and one Pro 4 I have never been able to get setup. I must have tried 100 times over the past few months. Could I have received a defective camera? Will Arlo replace a junk camera? No issues setting up the other 2 Pro 4s so it has to be this specific camera.

I bought a 3 pack of the pro 4 cameras from Best Buy over 6 months ago. They were new not used.
